The Spa at Castlemartyr Resort is open from 9am – 7pm daily. It is strictly an adult-only environment.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the care and safety of their valuables while using the Spa facilities. The Spa does not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Arrival Time

Guests are welcome to arrive up to one hour prior to their treatment to enjoy the spa facilities and no later than 15 minutes before their treatment. Hotel residents are invited to arrive in their robe and slippers, while the Spa Reception team will allocate a locker with a robe and slippers for non-hotel residents.

What to Bring

Bathrobes and slippers are provided; alternatively, guests can bring their own flip-flops. Guests should bring swimwear as it is mandatory in the Swimming Pool and Thermal Suite.

Health Conditions

Please advise of any health conditions, allergies, recent medical or cosmetic procedures, or injuries that may affect your treatments when making a reservation. Guests may be required to provide a note from their GP as a safety precaution.

Pregnancy

We offer specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Expectant mothers must be over the first trimester to avail of spa treatments.

Cancer Care Treatments

If you are undergoing or have undergone treatment for cancer, please inform the spa reservation team when booking. Our treatments can be tailored accordingly by specialised therapists.

Age Requirements

The minimum age requirement for spa treatments and access to the Thermal Suite is strictly 18 years and over. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Treatment Requests

Preferences for a male or female therapist can be noted at the booking stage; however, we cannot guarantee this request.

Spa Etiquette

Our Spa is dedicated to relaxation and tranquillity. Therefore, the Spa is a mobile-free zone.

Check-Out

Guests must check out at the Spa Reception before leaving to ensure treatment charges have been processed. Payments must be completed on the day of the treatment via room charge, credit/debit card, or relevant gift card. Payments can also be made in advance via a secure payment system. No service charge is added, and gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment that is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment

Spa guests can enjoy the following facilities one hour before an appointment. Male and female vitality lounges which include sauna, steam room, experience showers, vitality pool, light and dark relaxation areas, 20 meter swimming pool
